***THE SQUARE (GRACE CHURCH STUDENT MINISTRY) DETAILS…

  • Our designated drop-off, pick-up OR parking spot is the GAYLORD LOT
  • The 2 yellow lines on the map are the entrances to the lot
  • The red star  on the map is where you should DROP-OFF your student if you are not staying.  If you do stay, you can park in the lot, then meet up with us at the red star, and then we will point you toward the Championship Plaza.
  • At the red star meet-up spot, once we have a group of 5-10ish students, we will send them to Championship Plaza with a leader or parent to meet up on the field with the rest of the Square group.
  • The last group of leaders will plan to leave from that spot at 6:15pm.  If you are not there by that time, you can come and find us on the field of Championship Plaza.  We will send out a text around 6pm to give an approximate spot on the field where the Square group is located.

  • Recommendation for arrival: I think it will be the smoothest to approach from Warren Parkway.  You will head North on Gaylord Parkway (which is a right-hand turn if coming from Dallas tollway) and then the parking lot and entrances will be on your right-hand side.
