- Read Galatians 2:20. What does this text say about the “Me Idol”? What motivation(s) is given to help us not to be ruled by the “Me Idol”?
- What platforms or arenas in your life are most tempting you to boast in Self? Which ones are most “deflating”? How do your answers expose the “Me Idol”?
- What is one area (a habit, relationship, stewardship) where God is calling you to deny yourself? How would this self-denial better conform with your identity of being “in Christ” and less with the “Me Idol”?
- In what way(s) are you doing far better than you deserve, today? How can you express gratitude to God for such?
