Sermon Title: A Verse that Changed the World
Date:10-31-2021

Loving Jesus

  1. Will you stand before God one day and be judged by your own righteousness or the righteousness of Jesus? Why is the latter superior? How do we receive Christ’s righteousness? How can the way we will stand before God on thatday change the way we walk with Him today?

Loving His People

  1. If we can only relate to God by grace- by receiving the righteousness Jesus earned for us on our behalf and not by our own merit- how should we relate to others in order for relationship to survive and thrive? What happens to our relationships with one another if they lack grace?

 Loving His World

  1. A majority of the world lives for an identity that must be achieved and always sustained. How is Christianity different? In what specific ways will we bless the world if we consistently live from a received identity rather than an achieved identity?
