The "caregivers" on the frontlines of healthcare, mental health, pastoral care, education, and social work are critical to those of us who aren't flourishing at any given time. We all know a handful of folks who work in those professions. You might even be one!

Texas Free Care - Free Medical Clinic
We provide basic medical care for patients that are uninsured or under-insured that have non emergency medical needs through on-site treatment as well as connecting points to additional resources. Click here to volunteer.

Free Mental Health Training
Our Faith Community Health Department has been able to partner with North Texas Behavioral Health Authority to inform your congregation of free Mental Health Classes in either English or Spanish. Find out more here.

2022 Lone Star Storytelling Festival - Volunteers Needed
Volunteers will help Frisco ISD elementary students off of school buses and help them navigate the Comerica Center to attend Storytelling sessions. There will be professional and student storytellers performing on various stages and spaces. Interested parties can email  .  Visit lonestarstories.org for more information about the 2022 Lone Star Storytelling Festival. 

FISD Achieve Mentoring Program

Samaritan’s Purse - Operation Christmas Child Job Opportunities
Samaritan’s Purse is looking for those who have a relationship with Jesus Christ and align with our mission. We are hiring 300 customer service and warehouse associates who are flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment. This includes Team Coaches, Greeters, Inventory Coordinators, Forklift Operators and Switch Drivers as well as those who are able to load and unload trucks as they are highly critical. Earthquake: Turkey and Syria (accepting donations)
UNICEF - prioritizing water, sanitation, hygiene and nutrition, and also focusing on helping unaccompanied children locate their families
Global Giving - fund emergency medical workers’ ability to provide food, shelter and medicine, among other necessities
Red Cross - Disaster Response Emergency Fund so it can send “immediate cash assistance"
OXFAM - working with women’s cooperatives in Turkey to determine an appropriate immediate and long-term response plan
CARE - will go toward food, shelter and hygiene kits, among other items
Doctors Without Borders - responds to medical emergencies around the world
The Syrian American Medical Society - United States-based humanitarian group that supplies medical care in Syria and nearby countries
Save the Children - help provide children with food, shelter and warm clothing
The Union of Medical Care and Relief Organizations - since 2012 has provided medical relief and health care services inside Syria and to Syrian refugees in Turkey
Unto
provide humanitarian relief supplies: meals for hungry families, blankets to help displaced people weather harsh winter conditions, tarps for emergency shelter, a supply of water when water sources are compromised
Pioneers - Pioneers and its missionaries have numerous connections and partners in and around the area that was impacted, which is known as the Kahramanmaras region.
