- Read Ephesians 3:14-20. Why do you think Paul prayed this prayer for the Church? In other words, what need(s) of the church was he praying for God to meet? Why do we need this same prayer?
- When in your life have you felt the most wonder or awe over Gods saving grace for you? How would you compare that to the wonder you have recently been experiencing?
- What may be contributing to any decrease in affections or awe?
- How well do you embrace your identity as “sent one”? Is it as fundamental to your identity as “forgiven one” or “chosen one” or “adopted one”? Why or why not?
- How does your embrace of this identity impact the way you view the various spheres you currently live in?
- What sort of clear opportunities has God opened up for you to walk toward as His “sent one”?Where in your life (or with what people) are you less ready to live out this identity?
