Loving Jesus
- Reflect on the titles for Jesus that Peter uses in chapter 3. How does each of them move you to praise Jesus for who He is?*
Loving His People
- The Spirit has come to give us “refreshing” as a foretaste of what is to come (when Jesus restores all things). Where in your life do you long to experience His refreshing?
Loving His World
- How does the gospel influence your commitment to compassion and care for those in need? What are some of the ways the gospel should influence our thinking in that regard?*
- When you share the gospel with someone, do you call for repentance as Peter did, and do you make the same promises that Peter did? How does if impoverish our witness if we only do one or the other?*
